In celebration of our five-year Refresh anniversary, we are taking a week-long trip to a once in a lifetime location—the Galapagos Islands! This trip is not only for women, but husbands, friends, cousins, spouses or spices are welcome to join you!

Refresh is planned and guided by Amy Kemp, a woman leader just like you who helps leaders and business professionals understand how deeply thought habits impact every part of our work and lives. She has partnered with Alison Jurek, owner of Flamingo Luxury Travel, to help facilitate this unique experience. Alison is bringing her husband Justin and Amy is bringing Ryan along on this journey!

I walked into Refresh wondering if it was for me. I walked out wondering why we don’t have more uplifting, rejuvenating, meaningful experiences like this in our lives. Somehow this weekend spent with 20 inspiring women was exactly what I needed, when I needed it.

What's included?

Get ready for the trip of a lifetime in Quito and the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador.

We'll explore the capital of Ecuador, Unesco World Heritage Site, Quito. This charming city offers a unique mixture of Aztec and Spanish Colonial culture, architectural marvels, eclectic museums, and flavorful cuisine.

Next, we'll fly to the stunning archipelago of the Galapagos Islands! This pristine paradise, made famous by Charles Darwin, is teeming with wildlife - much of which is only found in the Galapagos Islands. This special place is best explored aboard an expedition vessel, and Yacht La Pinta will allow us to revel in bucket-list destinations while we enjoy snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and riding in pangas and glass-bottom boats!

This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we can't wait to share with you!

This unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience is limited to only 20 double-occupancy cabins, for a one-time payment of $17,000, with a deposit of $2,000 due upon registration.

Refresh is my gift to myself every year—it has become my annual commitment to my personal care and development goals. Working a high pressure job creates challenges in coping with stress and anxiety, and it is important to my personal needs to take time to play and remind myself of my personal goals and desires. Refresh is a chance to not be in charge and instead just exist alongside other powerful and impressive women who understand the world I live in without any explanation. The weekend gives me a chance to open myself up for reflection and connection with the spaces, places, and people around me. The whole experience is a refreshing reset that reminds me of who I am at the core of my being, bringing joy and love back to the forefront of my mindset, helping me to avoid burnout.
