What if you could spend a weekend of guided guilt-free playtime with women just like you? At Refresh 2024 you'll do just that. This is not a weekend of training. This is a weekend of energizing experiences and authentic connection. Refresh is a curated in-person gathering — a pause, a step away from your day-to-day — to rest, connect and think.

Refresh is planned and guided by Amy Kemp, a woman leader just like you who helps leaders and business professionals understand how deeply thought habits impact every part of our work and lives. She has partnered with Alison Jurek, owner of Flamingo Luxury Travel, to help facilitate this unique experience.

I walked into Refresh wondering if it was for me. I walked out wondering why we don’t have more uplifting, rejuvenating, meaningful experiences like this in our lives. Somehow this weekend spent with 20 inspiring women was exactly what I needed, when I needed it.

Refresh was EXACTLY what I needed. And I didn’t realize how much I needed it until someone said to me today, “Tami you are back! Your light is shining.” This past weekend was spent with 20 amazing women leaders. In 40 hours we had great conversations, fabulous food, fun, self-care, and so much more. Tonight, I am just now understanding and absorbing how incredible this weekend was with all these women. I left the weekend with new friends and connections. My heart is so full. My heart is grateful. My soul feels replenished.

Two night's accommodation in a private room at the Wilde Resort

If flying, your best option for direct flights is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Several car rental options are available (we encourage you to carpool) and the resort is a two-hour drive through the desert—with several historic sights and amazing vistas along the way!

*April is the most popular time in Sedona and we’re excited to have you join us at the Wilde Resort and Spa! The resort will honor our contracted rate up to 3 days before and after Refresh just in case you want to come early or stay late. However, because it’s Sedona’s high season, this is not something that can be added last minute. If you're interested in extending your stay, please email us.
